"I should have written this years ago. However as time went on the excellent service and attention that Lorraine has given me is out of this world. If you could add moe stars, I would rate her a 10 plus. She always has time for all my concerns, and doesn't rush me off the phone. I am a pretty eccentric client, and I would and always recommend her to any and everyone I know lioking for insurance. Like the saying goes like a good neighbor, Lorraine is always there. Despite my numerous and perhaps repetitive questions, they have always been very helpful, understanding, and responsive. When I have inquired about discounts or savings available for my policies, they have taken the time to go over what was available, the potential savings and the better options. The team has done a great job in assisting me over the years. I don't think I would be able to find better service or cheaper insurance somewhere else. I highly recommend Nereyda and her team."
